VFW Membership Eligibility Requirements:
| 1) | U.S. Citizen |
| 2) | Honorable service in US Military Armed Forces |
| 3) | Overseas Campaign Medal OR other "In Harms Way" service specified in VFW National Charter, such as service time since 1949 in Korea, hazardous duty pay, hostile fire pay or imminent danger pay. |
| 4) | Documentation of earned requirements (DD 214 or 201 file)
